One-Time Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Policy Pristinely Clean Spaces | Gwinnett County & Surrounding Areas Our one-time move-in/move-out cleaning is a detailed deep-clean designed to make any home spotless and ready for its next chapter. Whether you're settling in or moving out, this service covers nearly every area of the home to ensure a fresh, clean slate. What’s Included: Whole Home: Dusting of walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, vents, and window sills Interior window cleaning (glass, sills, and tracks) Floors vacuumed and mopped Doors, light switches, and high-touch areas disinfected Closet shelves and surfaces wiped down Bathrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing of tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, and countertops Tile and grout scrubbed Cabinets cleaned inside and out Mirrors and fixtures polished Floors mopped and sanitized Kitchen: Cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors cleaned Countertops, backsplash, and sinks scrubbed Exterior surfaces of all appliances cleaned Fridge and oven interiors cleaned upon request Floor mopped Laundry Room: Washer and dryer exteriors wiped Shelves and floors cleaned Garage (if requested): Floors swept and cobwebs removed Important Notes: Home must be vacant or mostly empty for service. Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup (grease, grime, pet hair, etc.). We do not handle mold, pest issues, or hazardous materials. Heavy-duty or restoration cleaning may require a separate quote. Carpet shampooing and exterior window cleaning are not included unless arranged. Eco-Friendly Cleaning We use eco-conscious, non-toxic products that are safe for your family and the environment—without compromising quality. Scheduling & Payment A deposit may be required at booking. Final payment is due on the day of service. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.
